This microwave is so darn nice! Bit cooks very fast, is quiet, no door handle to break off with a recess in door to help with opening without putting fingerprints on front. Fan works well and light on clock is bright but not a deal breaker. I love its cool options although sensor reheat cooks a little fast and has to be watched. Stove lights are really bright and nice for seeing what you are cooking. Ply down side is top steel panel looks like it ripples (due to how it is put on) if you are at right angle at a distance™"I™™ve seen 3 and they all do it. I™™ve never had a nicer wave™"let™™s hope it lasts!

I've had my new microwave for about two weeks and am still getting used to the features. So far, I love the look and the basic features work great. It is also incredibly quiet while cooking - I never noticed that my old microwave was loud, but I do notice how quiet this one is. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that the door is very large - great for the design but not so practical when opening/closing in a small kitchen like mine.

This microwave oven is a dream. As expected, it cooks and rewarms food like all microwaves. The bonus is that the sensor heating provides more efficient cooking options. There are many features that I appreciate, probably the best is how quietly it operates, even the exhaust fan to the outside is relatively quit. The controls are easy to understand and easily accessed. I greatly enjoy using this microwave and highly recommend it.

We liked the nice clean design without a handle. The microwave is very quiet when running. We are enjoying all the shortcut buttons for making it easier to eat something up. Would you like the dual filters on the bottom versus just one and a nice bright light underneath. Our only thing would be if they can make a little quieter exhaust fan. Well there is so much that could be said I™™ll attempt to limit my overall satisfaction with the OTR Microwave. Since our normal ™go to™™ replacement changed their installation template we felt compelled to look if there were better options. With our first choice, we had to return it twice because of an ™SE1 Error™™ code on both of them. We had never considered Frigidaire at any time until being impressed with seeing one at an ™Open House™™ viewing; Frigidaire was a brand that had completely fallen off of our possible considerations. After buying one, the provided installation templates were perfectly dimensioned to matchup with our unit along with very concise instructions. All needed hardware to install was provided resulting in a perfect fit (see photo). Absolutely love the LED lights provided on the inside as well as the outside along with the white interior results in a perfectly lit cooking space. As with any new brand appliance, it does take a very small learning curve to adapt to their software (touch button) choices but after a few times your memory muscles kick in. Read the review complaints about the small viewing window and it is smaller than need be but how often do you really stand there watching your food cook? Also read the review complaints about the LED lights being too blue and the outside lights are but given the alternatives it was a very easy to adapt to them. We actually perceived the LED lights as a key point in our decision to buy one; no one else at this price-point provides them. There are two LED light sets nicely spaced between them to provide full light coverage over your stove top. The overall fit and finish of the unit is superb! Love it!

We™™ve had our new microwave for about two weeks now. I installed it myself. Installation instructions were well written and easy to follow. The provided hardware was perfect. We love the sleek design. It looks and works great. There are three reasons I™™m not rating this a 5:1) Turning off the turntable is via the settings button rather that a dedicated button. However, I rarely turn off the turntable, so not a big deal. 2) There is no night light mode on the light. But, I™™ve found the clock display is bright enough to be suitable.3) I wish there was an option to change the light temperature to a soft or warm white.
