I love it! I was excited to get started with induction cooking. Induction cooktops heat up more quickly, half the time of gas. With induction, there's less need for air conditioning and ventilation. It is safer than gas and it is so easy to clean. For baking, convection is a dream. And it is beautiful!

We've had this for over a week now and after having gotten used to the controls, find it a big improvement over our old electric range. Boy does it boil water quickly and feels much more responsive than even gas. The oven options, though I haven't used them all yet, are pretty cool. It also looks great in our kitchen. One downside is that the range controls can be a little finicky to respond to your touch. Fingerprints are also left behind after messing with the controls so I clean it every day but cleaning with the specialized spray is far easier than with my old range with the coils or a gas range.

My husband is disabled and in our kitchen, relies on the countertops and island to help maintain his balance. He has fallen against the stove twice and once while our old gas stove was on. While visiting in London where induction is the norm, my son suggested we get an induction stovetop. I was hesitant as they are more expensive, so he surprised us with our new range. Although I was cautious that it would make a difference, I was totally amazed after the first time I used it. Gas is dirty and hard to clean, and electric remains hot to the touch for quite some time. My new range is beautiful, and easy to clean and easy to use and I LOVE it. Oh, did mention that the oven is so large I can cook 4 loaves of bread at the same time!! Made my old kitchen look new again. Highly recommend Frigidaire Induction Ranges!

The cooktop is amazing. Induction really is better than gas, and this cooktop is one of the better induction cooktops I've had. The heating points skew low, so I'm cooking eggs on a 4 of 10, which means that there are a few gaps in the higher end, but still a solid range. The oven has lots of settings and reliably meets the temperature it says. The oven interface has a few too many keystrokes if you're doing anything but baking at 350, and the broil takes a long time to get heated up, as long as gas. Still, overall a dramatic improvement over our gas appliance when it comes to control love our cooking. And it looks so pretty...

We have purchased this range to replace our gas range. We have had an induction stove before and moved to a new house with the gas. That was not a nice surprise. Induction range is so much better, cleaner and more responsive then gas. This particular model is great because first of all, it has 5 burners and a bridge burner. Very convenient. The oven is excellent. We have used 4 modes and all of them have worked perfectly. All in all, a great purchase.

Cooks Well and Easy to Clean

The range works as expected. The cooking is even and the stovetop is easy to clean up. Boiling times are dependent on your cookware. Surprisingly, my cast iron boils faster than the aluminum core pots but they both work well (just make sure any aluminum core is induction compatible). I know some folks are annoyed that the stove top will shut off after a few seconds if you remove the pot but that's exactly why I bought it. My last glass top (non-induction) range wasn't clear that it was on sometimes and it was left on. This one is very clearly on and automatically shuts off. The shut off delay is sufficient to briefly remove a pot/pan (e.g., flipping an omelet) and I haven't found it a problem. I will say though that the stove is a bit more difficult to turn on that I expected, even if the lock feature isn't used. You have to put induction cookware on a burner, wait a bit for it to register, turn the burner on, and then set the burner temperature. Probably takes 20-30 seconds instead of the instant turn a knob. I also find I fat finger the burner temp settings and have to try again every so often. Unlike my last glass top, this induction does seem to change temperature rapidly when I adjust it which is nice.The oven cooks evenly, although I haven't used it too much. The default oven temp setting is to hold down the temp button like an alarm clock which is a bit annoying but hoping there is a custom setting where it defaults to touch pad with numbers.

The first 30 days were wonderful!!! Then, during the middle of the night we were awakened by a horrible nonstop beeping noise and error message coming from the range. The only thing that would stop it was turning the breaker off. We called the place of purchase and they could not replace the product because we were past the 30 day mark. Day 31!!! We called Frigidaire and they gave us the name & number of a repair place in our town. The guy came out and did not have the parts to repair it. Twenty-three days later he is sitting at our kitchen table trying to fix it. He's had to call the repair hotline for help. We are so frustrated. Just give us a new range.

I love my new stove! There is a bit of a learning curve to work the stove top. It hard to turn on a f your hands are cold or even slightly wet. Actually it™€™s frustrating! This stove does everything! I am very disappointed it did not come with the necessary tools for the air drying function. After spending way more than I would have normally it did not come with the air fry pan or rack. As well as a broiler pan I have bought quite a few stoves in my life and the stove always came with a broiler pan. I assumed it would also come with the air fry pans. also as a confection oven it only has two racks in the oven, my old confection oven had three! Oh! And there was no probe for the meat probe function. For the price I paid I believe it should have come with more item such as what I listed here.

The induction cooktop is amazing! I used to do all sorts of things while I was waiting for my coffee water to boil, but now, it's almost instant with Power Boost! And I'm learning how to use the cooktop, but so far I love it. i've used the oven once and set it 25 degrees lower than recommended. The convection oven seemed to do a marvelous job of cooking my spaghetti squash - very even thanks to the fan. I haven't explored all the myriad other possibilities including air fry. I do wish it had a back guard and a gap filler, as there is an awkward area behind the stove. I guess I will need to purchase those. I only put 4 stars simply because I haven't had a chance to check out all the oven settings.

Range with so many features to love!

I have only had this range for a couple of weeks, but I love so many features that I just had to write a review. First of all, I love the induction cook top. The stove is turned on and will locate which burners have pans on them. You turn a burner on and choose the desired temperature. When cooking eggs or other more delicate items, there was a slight learning curve, but overall pretty easy. When boiling water this cook top rocks! Needed two cups of boiling water and this cooktop did not disappoint. Very fast...I mean under two minutes. Larger pots of water take longer, but still super speedy. I also love the power boost system. It will give a bit of extra power to your pan if you add something cooler than what you have already cooking. What a great feature.Now let's talk about the oven. I had never tried sous vide cooking so you can image my delight when I bought two very different cuts of beef to try this out. My steaks were done perfectly. Never have I ever had meat cooked so spot on. I don't need to go out to get the perfect steak ever again. I tried baking four loaves of a quick bread and those came out very tasty. I haven't tried the steam feature, but I have been looking to find some recipes that would allow me to take advantage of those features as well. I hope this range has a long life span, because I love it so much.

This is my first time using an induction stove top, and it is amazing. Heating water happens in a snap, and as soon as the heat is reduced, the cooktop drops the heat. I'm impressed. So far I've just used the oven conventionally, but it does that well.

It was worth the wait!!. I thought my Frigidaire Deluxe Twin 30 Electric Range was awesome until I finally replaced it with the Frigidaire Induction Range. I love this new cooking experience, from the surface controls to the varied cooking methods, the quickstart options and the cool easy to clean surface. I love the slow cooker function and the power boost cooktop control. The temp lock function makes it easy to maintain temp when adding cold ingredients. Love this new toy and discovering new features every day.

We like our induction very much so far but have only had it two weeks so have not used all features. Top heats up rapidly and cools down rapidly. Temperature probe seems very accurate as well.

Transitioning away from an electric range to this induction range was a great decision. There is a learning curve that takes just a few attempts to become adjusted to. However, once acclimated to the new range, one will find that they have more control over their cooktop temperatures - delivering better tasting food. This product also offers a bridge for griddles; various baking, air frying and steaming options; and a large oven that would make any sized turkey feel at home. Overall, it is well worth the consideration if you are in the market for a new range and oven.

The speed and versatility of this oven don't have me missing my gas range one bit!

I was hesitant about switching from gas, but it was a great decision. The induction burners are incredibly fast and powerful, and the air frying and numerous other features of the oven are very nice. My one complaint is that the cooling fan ran for a whole day after I'd shut the oven off, but that problem seems to have resolved itself.

The power boost is amazing. Boils big pots of water in no time!Clean up is a breeze.Air fryer option in the oven just does wonders and makes great "fried" chicken.Very happy with our new stove.

The only thing I DO NOT like about this entire scenario is that the delivery guys left the granite counters on either side of the stove unfinished. Food and crumbs can drop down between the stove sides and counter. That™€™s unsanitary; plus it looks terrible! The stove works really well, though. It performs as well as the gas model it replaced. Also, it is easier to clean than the former gas model. There is a learning curve to induction as there is with anything new, but so far, so good! Stove cleans up very easily if I use the suggested cleaners.

I hate electric stoves but when I learned about the induction stove I was very interested. Then I had a chance to try it and was sold. The ability to control the heat as I want without waiting for it to heat up or cool down is marvelous. I also enjoy having three baking modes in the oven.
