The issue with this fridge is the space. The shelves are small, you put items in front of one another and on top of each other. The top shelf needs to have items that are short. If you put items on the top shelf that reach the top, they got frozen. I do not recommend this fridge. Side by sides aren't worth it.

We were updating our appliances in a smaller kitchen and were looking for a counter depth refrigerator/freezer and this one fit the bill. Great storage, and nice shelf/drawer arrangement. The only "thing" (still with 5 stars) is it truly sounds like it is running all the time! (The info that cane with it said "don't worry...that's normal ??)

DO NOT BUY !! Absolute trash. Freezer shelves hit middle frame of this unit. Installation is perfectly level in both directions. Freezer door basket broke when closing the door because it™™s hitting the center support of the refrigerator. This is a design flaw. Purchased from AJ Madison online who will not help at all. They sent me to Frigidaire who said it will most likely not be covered under warranty and I received this refrigerator yesterday! Don™™t buy from Frigidaire or AJ Madison. I am a licensed contractor that installs several new kitchens a year. My mistake for using some trash companies.

Excellent appliance, easy to use, wonderful ease of everyday use. Easy to clean shelves, easy to clean the outside as well. I have also had an easier time changing the air filter, and refrigeration filter. Although I had never changed out an air filter, surprisedly it was easy.

I took shipment of new FRSC2333AS refrigerator on 1/6/25 (one week ago) and there are already two problems that really impact the use of it. The first is that the water dispenser sprays water all over the floor when using it. I don't know how to take the door apart (I shouldn't have to; anyway it would probably void the warranty) but from what I can tell, the water line inside of the door is not connected to the small faucet nozzle so the water is running all over. Second issue is that when the bottom storage attachment in the freezer is in place, the freezer door will not close. I suspect that the freezer door is out of alignment but again, this is not something I should have to fix myself on a new refrigerator. After much ado, I did finally manage to connect customer support to schedule a technician so hopefully this person will be able to fix these issues. Really disappointed with Frigidaire. (I had my previous Frigidaire for over 15 problem-free years so I was expecting their new product to be just as dependable. Caveat emptor...)

I love the way the right hand door has been sculpted so that narrower items still fit in the bottom, but there is extra space for the produce drawers in the shelves. I also love that those drawers are totally clear; I can easily see what's in them.

I have only had this frig about a month, but so far it's been wonderful. I have thermometers in the frig and freezer and the temps have remained at safe levels. I like the ice and water on the door. I'm glad there is a light to turn on there, but I wish it would come on automatically when I use the water. I have to turn it on and off. The door operates smoothly and I don't have that annoying suction issue when I close the door and then want to open it again. It's also a very attractive style.

As someone who prefers fresh food and shops 2-3 times a week, the size is just right. We find the layout is excellent, offering ample space for all our groceries.
