Truly a superior product. It's very attractive and was so simple to install. I already have the matching refrigerator and when I need to replace my cook top I will definitely be shopping at the local Home Depot for the same style and brand.

Overall, it™™s a good oven however, the door hinge catches, and we have to use a knife to move the latch forward in order to close it. It™™s really pretty aggravating and we wish that there is something that could be done about it. We haven™™t had this in a year. I was surprised to start having problems with it already. We also wish that it was Wi-Fi accessible.

Nice oven. Retired Correctional Officer here who ordered a wall oven and a convection/microwave oven. The install crew was on time and professional but one of them Brandon Harris was an inmate at GBCI in the South Cell Hall where I was a Catwalk Officer. He said, "Hey CO!" -And I asked him his name and he said "Harris" and i said "Brandon Harris!" I don't remember him being a problem inmate and we talked about GBCI and I applauded him for working and told him it was a good trade. So I'm back in the woods of western Marinette County and I get a very nice wall oven and an update on a former inmate. The other installer to wire the oven was a smaller guy but very skilled as well. -His whole body was inside the bump-in when he was wiring my oven! Anyway, the oven and the experience was pretty good. Separately, a different day another young man from Howie Voight came to install my convection/microwave and he was very polite and professional as well.

Oven works as expected, no problems. The touch panel is a bit difficult to figure out and isn't very responsive. Takes a couple of touches to turn it off and operate the oven light.

We only bought this Frigidaire because of great reviews and salesman recommendations, after my previous issues with a lack of customer service from Frigidaire on a dishwasher we bought my mother for Christmas I said we would never buy another one of their products but my wife had the last say. I have never had any Frigidaire products and bought this instead of another "high end " oven as I had before. I only bought it as the measurements were perfect for the existing wall space and the salesman said it was a great product. It was so much less than I expected to pay and lo and behold, it has been one of the best buys of my life. Incredibly easy to use and my first batch of cookies came out better than I ever baked. Perfectly even cooking in everything so far. Highly recommend this oven.

Brand new FCWS3027AS built-in oven/microwave combo temperature problems. Set the oven bake temperature (ex: 350 deg, press Start), it displays current temperature (typical: 103 deg). The display gradually increases in 3-5 deg increments, then holds at 350. Open oven and put food in and close oven, the display stays at 350. After a while without opening oven, change the temp to 325 and press Start. Display shows 301 deg and gradually gets to and stays at 325. Wait a while (20 mins) and press Cancel, then set 375 deg and press Start. Display shows 297 deg and gradually gets to and stays at 375.Display is obviously NOT showing oven temp (why in the world not?), and oven is apparently NOT holding set temperature, and food is NOT COOKING PROPERLY. Owners Manual says the oven was calibrated at the factory and tells how to check oven temp but warns against using an unreliable oven thermometer from the store. What is the factory using?The most basic requirement of an oven is to hold the temperature. What needs to be fixed (warranty)?
