I will never order a subscription from Frigidaire again! I no longer need this part and have tried for 18 months to cancel my subscription! Every six months, I call them to please stop drafting my bank account and sending me a part that I no longer need! I end up on hold for a very long time talking to someone from India that I can barely understand. They tell me that my subscription is cancelled and it won't happen again. (And my online portal shows no subscription history, so this is definitely not me!) Then lo and behold, six months pass and my bank is drafted and I get an email that my order is on the way. PLEASE STOP!!! I am contacting my bank to put a stop payment this!

I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service regarding a water filter subscription! I have cancelled a water filter subscription and yet have received an additional shipment after cancellation. I have spent an hour and a half trying to get a person to talk to me. I™™ve called 5 numbers, been hung up on three times, disconnected when a ™transfer™ was taking place. This is completely unacceptable from a company that is supposedly so reputable!

We have always used these EPTWFUO1 Pure Source Ultra II genuine filter for our refrigerator without any problem. However, this time after replacing the cartridge we noticed a frozen pool in the back of refrigerator and a rivulet of frozen water headed toward the door. (We had been away for a time) and thought we had a problem with the refrigerator (which is not that old!). After using a blow dryer to melt and remove the massive chuck of ice; we replaced the cartridge. After 3 hours it is still dry. Therefore, we feel it was just a bad cartridge! (fingers crossed) Still they are costly items and we rely on their quality. We will chalk this up to a one-time issue and cross our fingers.

Have ordered two replacements waited 30 days between them, and they both leaked after installation. Easy to see. have door open, fill glass at dispenser, stop and they see water leak at the back end of the refrigerator and drip down to shelf below.

I have a Zero Water pitcher for filtered water. It comes with a tester to see how clean the water is. I tested tap water and water filtered from BRAND NEW refrigerator and it shows EXACT same amount of particulates in the water. Faulty filter? Maybe. Will order another one and update this review if it's better.

I can not seem to contact anyone about returning one of the filters and reordering the correct one. this is not good business, as I have tried 4 x's SUGGESTION!!!!!

I cancelled the automatic subscription. I am waiting to see if that actually worked now. I have moved and sadly no longer own a Fridgaire. The problem is the insane number of emails I get saying it is time to replace my water filter. I would love to get them to stop!

I™™m posting this review only to get answers that couldn™™t be provided through the chat with us link. I™™m due to order my third water filter but am hesitant to do so until someone can identify the mysterious non-dissolving, white, salt-like residue that appears at the bottom of cups filled with with refrigerator-filtered water. We do not have ™hard™ water or a water softener and the residue does not appear in cups filled directly from the faucet. This residue has been evident in both previous PureSource Ultra® II filters, thus my hesitancy to order a third filter.

Despite using the chat function 6 months ago to request cancellation I was charged again. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription for a water filter. Our Frigidire refrigerator is only 13 months old. The water filter began leaking about two months ago, filling the inside compartment under the hydrator compartment with ice. The water filter did not fit snugly. Finally, a repair technician (we had an extended warranty) said we needed a new filter but instead of the serial # ending in EPTWFU01, we needed EPTWFU02. Where do we buy this? Not listed on Frigidaire's website.

I have about 5 of these filters because I thought signing up for a subscription would be helpful to both save and have the filter replacement when needed. There is no way to manage the subscription online easily, your chat feature doesn't work you don't have an email address and your phone lines are always busy. I will be rejecting the charge on my credit card since you have made this so difficult.

I've used these filters for years with little complaints. They usually only last a couple of months, but lately they are lasting a week or less! It's making the water feature and ice maker slow to a crawl. I had all the water parts replaced on my fridge via the warranty to see if that was the issue, however that did not solve the issue. In addition, after putting the bypass on my fridge the water and ice maker flow worked just fine. The issue is the filter. I do not have counterfeit filters and the are in the frigidaire box with the appropriate certified labels. I just tried calling and you cannot take my call at this time. I will not spend $50 a week on filters!
