Returns & Exchanges for In-Store and Online Purchases:
At Dun-Rite Appliance, your total satisfaction is our top priority. Most returns can be avoided. Before deciding on the model that you will buy, carefully measure the area in which your appliance will be placed. It is equally important to know the correct voltage of the outlet that you will be using before purchase. Please take advantage of our knowledgeable product specialists to guide you through the selection of your product. Your purchase is backed by a 7 day return/exchange guarantee* (see Return Policy for details) and each appliance is fully covered by the original manufacturer warranty.
Return Policy:
Upon receipt of your product(s) please consider the following: *Fully crated product(s), un-opened complete with original box, packing materials, manuals and accessories may be returned and/or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt of merchandise. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed to each product and the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs. Open, installed, uncrated products, special order Items, accessories and clearance merchandise are non-returnable. Items must be in the exact condition in which you received them. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
Cancelling Your Order:
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel your order after your product(s) have been shipped you will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee as well as all applicable shipping costs, including the return shipping charge. Orders for Special Order Merchandise cannot be canceled and deposits are not refundable.
How to Handle Shipping Damage:
We strongly suggest that you inspect your product(s) thoroughly before accepting and signing for them. Check both the internal and external condition of the product as concealed damage can exist even though the packaging is intact and proper. If you observe any damage to the merchandise, refuse the product and note the reasons of refusal on the bill of lading. If damage issues arise after you sign for the goods, you are responsible for filing any claim with the Manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Dealing With Defective Merchandise:
All products offered by Dun-Rite Appliance include a full one year manufacturer warranty. Please see warranty information enclosed with the product for complete warranty details and contact information. If you receive a product that is functionally defective please contact us at (631) 878-5600 immediately. Only the manufacturer can authorize product repair and/or replacement. You can also contact the manufacturer directly to set up a convenient service appointment under warranty.
Special Orders and Custom Orders
Orders for both special order merchandise and custom order merchandise need to be paid in full and are not cancelable, returnable or refundable.
Extended Warranty Service Plans
If an Extended Warranty Plan was purchased with your product you will need to register with the service plan administrator once your order has shipped. When you receive your extended warranty card please place it along with your receipt in a safe place so it will be readily accessible should you require future service. Please note that during the first year your appliance is fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Rebates:
Customers are solely responsible for filling out all applicable rebate forms and submitting them as per the instructions. If issues arise regarding payment of rebates or the amount received, they need to contact the rebate company directly to resolve. It is highly recommended to keep a copy of all rebate forms and receipts for future reference.
License and Site Access

Inc. grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Dun-Rite Appliance Co. Inc. and Retailer Web Services LLC. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Dun-Rite Appliance Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Cardholder Agreement
When you make purchases from Dun-Rite Appliance Co. using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Dun-Rite Appliance Co. Inc. is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")
Product Descriptions
Dun-Rite Appliance Co. and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. Pricing

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.
